Community Outreach Director I Full-Time, 40-50 hours/week
The ideal person will lead MCC into a lifestyle of representing Jesus through serving and evangelism. The goal will be to develop and expand opportunities to fulfill the Great Commission in meaningful, tangible and evangelistic ways by establishing strategic local initiatives that reach families. Children's Ministry Tru Babies & Toddler's Coordinator | Part-Time, 5 hours/week
This position will be responsible for overseeing the Babies and Toddlers area including scheduling volunteers. This individual will help build relationships with families by greeting them with a smile and genuine hospitality. In addition, helping families feel comfortable leaving their little ones by explaining security check-in/out procedures. Discipleship-Groups Director | Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Seeking a Christ-follower to oversee, coordinate and develop the Discipleship Groups Ministry strategy. Responsibilities include leading and shepherding group leaders, coordinating curriculum, facilitating new member entry into groups, and expanding capacity by developing and creating new discipleship groups. The desired candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree…theology major a plus, experience, and passion with building teams and motivating leaders, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with a teachable heart, good attitude, and unified spirit.
