Community Outreach Director I Full-Time, 40-50 hours/week
The ideal person will lead MCC into a lifestyle of representing Jesus through serving and evangelism. The goal will be to develop and expand opportunities to fulfill the Great Commission in meaningful, tangible and evangelistic ways by establishing strategic local initiatives that reach families. Worship Arts Technical Coordinator | Part-Time, up to 28 hours/week
The purpose of this position is to assist the Worship Arts Technical Director by coordinating MCC's various campus-wide ministry needs related to lighting, video production, audio, and staging. This person will assist in using technology effectively and strategically to enhance the experience of attendees and will help build technical volunteer teams while empowering volunteers to develop their technical skills. This person will also be responsible for service video production, assist with set design, provide general AV coverage for a variety of events, and editing worship service video content. The ideal candidate should have a mature Christian faith with the desire to serve others, be a team player, work with a teachable heart, a good attitude, and unified spirit, and be highly organized and able to multi-task. Children's Ministry Administrative Assistant | Part-Time, up to 32 hours/week
The primary role of this position is to perform administrative duties, plan events, and support the staff and volunteer leaders of the Children’s Ministry. Tasks may include but are not limited to ordering curriculum, scheduling rooms, making travel arrangements, scheduling volunteers, handling communication, and assisting with registrations & fees. Candidates should have highly-developed organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and be detail orientated; work with a teachable heart, good attitude, and unified spirit.
