Available Opportunities

Next Generation Director | Full-Time | Salaried  40-50 hours/week  

This position will oversee Children and Student Ministries as a pastoral, spiritual, and biblical leader and to empower staff of each ministry.  The NG Director will be responsible for aligning these ministries with the overall mission, vision, values, curricula and strategies of the church.  The NG Director will have primary presence in the children’s ministry area.  VIEW THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION HERE. 

Worship Arts Director | Full-Time | Salaried Exempt, 40-50 hours/week

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the Worship Arts Department and all worship services. Responsibilities include leading with strong vocal talent, musical abilities, and spiritual leadership as well as leading other worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists in a team effort to consistently create meaningful worship environments and experiences. Connections Administrative Assistant | Part-Time | Hourly, Up to 20 hours/week

The primary purpose of this role is to perform administrative duties to support the Connections Director and the Connections Ministry, and to help oversee the Connections tracking and follow-up process. This person will: coordinate communications and engagements with volunteers and select lay leaders, coordinate planning and execution of key Connections classes and events (e.g. Explore MCC, Membership, Open House Luncheon), and oversee the data compilation, standard reports and preliminary analysis of the Connections tracking and followup process. Children’s Ministry Volunteer Coordinator | Full-Time | Salaried, 40-50 hours/week

The primary purpose of this position is to recruit volunteers for birth through 6th grade classes, to ensure they are fully trained and scheduled, are communicated with in a timely manner regarding covering classroom needs for regular weekend services as well as special services (holidays) and special events. Children’s Ministry Administrative Assistant | Part-Time Hourly, Up to 20 hours/week

The primary purpose of this role is to perform administrative duties to support the Next Generation Director and the Children’s Ministry Team. This person will coordinate communications and engagements with staff and families, coordinate planning and execution of key ministry events, and oversee administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the ministry bookkeeping, office needs, and meeting planning. Communications Intern | 20 hours/week (8-10 week internship begins in June 2019)

We are seeking a college student in their third or fourth year of school who is seeking a future in communications, marketing or graphic design.  The primary purpose of this position is to effectively support the Communications Director. This includes publication printing schedules, editing website, digital and print church communications, and supporting social media initiatives. Childcare Workers | Part-Time

We are seeking people to spend time and share God's love with our little ones while their parents are growing closer in their relationship with Christ.
