Sermon Supplement - God's Holiness

This weekend, Pastor John reminded us that God is holy — set apart, pure, and unlike anything else. And the same God who makes ground holy also desires to make His people holy.

Scripture reminds us that God is both just and patient. He does not ignore sin, but He is merciful and longsuffering. His holiness always works toward restoration, justice, and life.

For us today, holiness isn’t about separation from people — it’s about being set apart for God’s purposes.

That means loving our neighbors, defending the weak, and welcoming the stranger.

Holiness shapes how we live, how we love, and how we reflect Jesus to the world.
